Three women, three countries, one small town in Italy. The personal earns the systemic. Salt metaphor lives here — not on the homepage.

Our story

Skills disappear at borders.

Bureaucracy erases experience.

Language gates opportunity.

Specific, structural, unsparing.

Former refugee, chef. The human anchor of the mission.
